Our approach is individualized, developmentally informed and rooted in how the brain truly learns best
Our Model
Resilient Beginning is a holistic therapy practice supporting children and adults through brain-body integration. We offer one-on-one and group sessions that blend neurovisual training, reflex integration, movement-based therapy, somatic nervous system care, and craniosacral therapy. Whether you're navigating developmental delays, learning challenges, sensory issues, or chronic stress, our goal is to help you restore balance, improve function, and radiate your inner light.
Once you schedule a consultation:
We assess and document an individualized treatment plan: presenting concerns, diagnostic impressions, short- and long-term goals, evidence-based interventions, expected session frequency/duration, and measurable outcomes. Produce a concise written report for you and your therapist to review. Schedule regular sessions and a formal reassessment 4–6 weeks after treatment begins
We use targeted tools and exercises tailored to your child’s needs, these are some examples:
Brock string and near–far charts for visual convergence/divergence.
Incorporate puzzles and pattern-recognition activities to strengthen critical thinking, working memory, and cognitive flexibility.
Neuro-visual training and tracking exercises to strengthen eye coordination and visual processing.
Imaginative play to encourage engagement and motor planning
Hands-on drills for hand–eye coordination
Activities designed to integrate primitive reflexes (for example, exercises addressing the Moro/startle reflex) so foundational motor responses are organized and support more complex skills
Individualized programs that blend playful, developmentally appropriate tasks with evidence-informed techniques
Goals: promote functional gains in vision, coordination, and self-regulation.
